The Investment Committee shall be responsible for maintaining a policy of prudent investment in stocks, bonds, and other financial and trust instruments, interests, or similar instruments. The Committee shall make the decisions leading to the timely purchase or sale of securities, interests, or similar instruments and shall make such analyses of market conditions as will, in the Investment Committee's judgment, provide for both short-term and long-term investment strategies.
