Generalists assist department directors with recruitment and retention of employees, reward and recognition efforts, performance coaching and counseling, and writing job descriptions. Additionally, Generalists are a point of contact for specific employees. Our goal is that by being fully involved with specific departments, Generalists will develop an understanding of departmental issues and needs.

The Human Resources Assistant places job ads, compiles affirmative action summaries, and sends recruitment correspondence. The HR Assistant is the primary contact for H.R. administration of Datatel and all Family and Medical Leave paperwork processing.
