The Grinnell College Benefits Committee is a group of employees appointed by the president of the college to review and discuss a select set of current and prospective employee benefit programs. The Committee may recommend alternative benefit plans or suggest revisions to current programs to the college president.

The committee consists of the Director of Human Resources, the Director of Compensation, Benefits and Insurance and members from the support, administrative and faculty employee groups. The committee meets a minimum of once each month during the academic year.
