FY. Grinnell IA, 50112 (Grinnell High School) 5'11" 140 Major: undecided, Benjamin participated in swimming, cross country and track. He lettered in swimming once, track twice and cross country four times. Benjamin was all conference cross country, and also most improved his senior year. The conference CC champion, Noah participated in two state meets in the sport. Academic interests include Political science, physics and architecture. Sebastian ran four years in high school achieving best times of 2:18 (800), 5:20 (1600), 11:15 (3200), 18:05 (5K CC), and 32:24 (5 mi CC). He was an OCC Scholar Athlete, 4 year district team member, 2 year regional team member, and Mt. Vernon News Swimmer of the Year. His junior year was apart of OCC Championship Team. Also participated in National Honor Society, was a three year academic letter winner, and won the Engineering Award. Sebastian's hobbies include piano, cello, backpacking, and hiking. Joseph Hiller
SO. Lewisburg, PA (Lewisburg Area). 5'10" 150 lb. Major: Undecided. Joe ran all four years of high school. His best times include 4:38 (1600), 10:09 (3200), and 16:38 (3 CC). Joe was Most Valuable Runner his junior and senior year, Susquehanna Valley Conference 1st Team, received 4th in CC Districts and 30th in CC State. Joe was the Valedictorian of his high school class, and received the Joseph J. Roy Scholar Athlete Award along with a multitude of other academic honors. Joe lived in New Zealand for a while and his hobbies include ceramics, bass guitar, theatre, and reading in a hammock. Parents: Bud and Tammy. Siblings: Sara (16).

SO. Highland Park, IL (Highland Park HS). 6'1" 160 lb. Major: Biochemistry and Economics. Daniel ran four years during high school. His best times include 2:07 (800), 4:41 (1600), 10:01 (3200), and 15:21 (3 CC). Daniel was a captain for both CC and track. For CC he was named MVP, Most Consistent, Most Improved, and All Conference 2006 and 2007. Daniel has received scholarship and leadership awards, and was in High School Honor Society. (Mount Vernon HS): Gabe lettered in basketball and track two years each and cross country one year … was a second-team all-conference cross country performer and recipient of his team's Most Improved Runner Award … personal bests of 17:12 in the 5K (cross country), 10:38 in the 3200 and 4:59 in the 1600 … was a two-year member of the Honor Society and career Honor Roll student. Kyle Lynch-Klarup
SR. SR. Charleston, IL (Charleston High School). 6'1" 165 lb. Majors: Physics and Religious Studies. Kyle ran track four years in high school and cross country for two years. His personal best in the 800 was 1:57.5 and was MVP-distance his senior year. At Grinnell, he has run cross country and track for three years, with a personal best of 26:56.92 in the 8K and 1:55.47 in the 800. Kyle will be a captain in the 2010 track season.

For CC was awarded All County and All Conference in 2007 and was apart of the Div. II State Championship Team (2006) and Runners-Up Team (2007). Colin also received History Prize, Most Dedicated Artist Award, Junior Art Award, Science Award, History Award, Art Award, Motivation Award, President's Prize, Math Award, and was in Cum Laude Society and National Honor Society. Ian McCallum-Cook
SO. Atglen, PA (The Tatnall School). 6'1" 168 lb. Major: Undecided. Ian ran four years in high school. Some of his best times include 2:03 (800), 4:32 (1600), and 16:53 (5K CC). Ian was on the Delaware Div. II State Championship Team (2006), was a Delaware Div. II Runners-up, placed 3rd at DISC Conference, and was named All County Performer, New Castle Country 2007. SR. Elmhurst, Ill. (York). Born 12/5/1987 in Downers Grove, Ill. … Son of Mark and Sue Montgomery … Has a brother, Matt Montgomery (22). High School: Attended York High School where he lettered four years in cross country and four years in track … Was an all-stater in both cross country and track and was a scoring member of two state championship teams, as well as a team that placed second in the Nike Team Nationals. Aside from athletics was National Honor Society president and on the IHSA Academic Team.

FY. Grinnell IA, 50112 (Grinnell High School). 5' 10" 135lb Major: Undecided, Ryan was on the honor roll, he also received honors such as academic excellence, and academic all-state. Ryan played basketball, baseball, cross country, lettering all four years, also played tennis lettered three times. Ryan was all conference in cross country twice, and qualified for state. His best time in the 5k is 16:34. Son of Tim & Lisa, two brothers Kyle and Nick.

Poojith lettered in cross country three times, he also was all conference all academic for cross country twice and lettered in track twice. SO. Colorado Springs, CO (Cheyenne Mountain HS). 6'2" 165 lb. Major: Undecided. Griffin lettered in cross country in high school and also participated in soccer. His best time is 17:50 in the 5K at 17,000 ft. He was 1st Team All State Academic Team, Rotary Champion, and received the Top Indian Award. Griffin was also a National Merit Scholar, National AP Scholar, German Exam Scholar, and among Colorado Spring's Best and Brightest.
